Hello everyone, I work in Dusseldorf Germany, where we use VNC to project futures onto several screens in different rooms. We get the futures feed on a computer, and use server to send copies of the desktop to other machines. Everything works fine except for one thing. Occasionally, the screen will freeze up. We rely on a constant and quick refresh to see what markets are doing, and since we are a new company, we operate on a shoestring budget. I have tried using the VNCHooks to tie the refresh to the timer, and to set the refresh for only the active window, but it still freezes. Our network is 100Mb, so bandwidth is not a problem, just screen refreshes. Can anyone think of a solution that might work?
