Ben, I primarily deal with 98 systems, but I think you need to manually load and configure vnc on one PC first, then copy some of the reg settings into other files. I believe the password needs to be copied to machine.ini.
This page on the fastpush site may help: http://www.darkage.co.uk/vnc/howto/setupfp.htm -Gary > Ben Blackmore writes >Thanks, I've had a look at the site, seems to do everything we want it to. >I've configured it all to my needs, and run the vnc.cmd file, it installs >perfectly, except when I then try to connect to the PC I installed it on, I >enter the IP address, then the password, but I get a 'VNC Authentication >Failed'. Which password does it use? Where do you define what password you >want? I thought it was the line "set pass=password" so I try loging in with >password, but it fails. >Ben -- __________________________________________________________ Sign-up for your own FREE Personalized E-mail at Mail.com http://www.mail.com/?sr=signup _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
