So you mean:
64.130.xxx.xxx:5900 -> 192.168.1.100:5900
64.130.xxx.xxx:5901 -> 192.168.1.102:5901

You are typing this in the VNCviewer?

No it shouldn't.  You should try typing "64.130.xxx.xxx:0".  The viewer does
the conversion from display number to port number so it knows display 0 is
port 5900 and display 1 is port 5901, etc.
