My first attempt at starting the client added these: Mon Nov 11 09:42:23 2002 C:\tjr\vnc\win\winvnc\winvnc\vncsockconnect.cpp : accepted connection from 10.41 .96.62 C:\tjr\vnc\win\winvnc\winvnc\vncclient.cpp : client connected : 10.41.96.62 (1) C:\tjr\vnc\win\winvnc\winvnc\vncclient.cpp : loopback connection attempted - cli ent rejected C:\tjr\vnc\win\winvnc\winvnc\vncmenu.cpp : unable to access Active Desktop objec t:8001010d When I get rid if the box, the service stops. The service fails to start automatically when I reboot and I bet it's because of the DOS box. Why is the service starting a DOS box and how do I turn it off? Thanks -- Matthew O.
