Is this really necessary? I presume you want to run VNC server as a 
Network Loadable Module (NLM) on a Netware server. I don't know if an 
NLM version of VNC exists (Google for VNC NLM?), even if your server 
supports TCP/IP. You may be able to do everything you want by running 
VNC server on a Windows workstation (perhaps with RCONSOLE or similar 
access to the console).

But Netware has ways to allow remote access to file servers. Use 
Google, or ask on Netware, rather than VNC, newsgroups.

RCONSOLE is functionally like a VNC for Netware 3, but doesn't 
support VNC viewer, of course.
