WinVNC 3.3.3r9 and 3.3.4/5 should co-exist peacefully.

I'm afraid that the VNC installation doesn't touch msgina.dll.  It
sounds as though some other installation you've done at the same time
has trashed it, you've got a virus that has trashed it, or it's just
become corrupt from a disk error.
In any case, it's not caused by VNC, I'm afraid.
