Hello,
i have been looking for a way to use vnc with windowmaker on my linux
box.
have not found a way on the website so i just adjusted the xstartup
file as follows
case "$VNCDESKTOP" in
kde)
startx wmaker &
;;
*)
wmaker &
;;
esac
this is assuming the windowmaker is installed and working also the wmaker.inst
must also be installed prior to starting the vncserver
i started the vncserver as follows
vncserver -depth 16 -geometry 800x600
this command could be adjusted to suit individual needs.
my box runs caldera 2.4 with a 2.2.14 kernel XFree86 3.3.6
