I'm assuming you are using the windows version of vnc here.

To use this feature in WinVNC or RealVNC, you simply need to
make the following registry setting to turn it on:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\AuthHosts="?:"

You may need to create this entry.  If so, it needs to be a
StringValue.
