I've expirienced similar problems with Evolution.  The situation there
is that any attempt to start a second instance of Evolution, just
bri^ngs the first instance to top of screen.. Unfortunatetly this is
true even if the screens are diferent ones...

if you try login in as diferent users, and then try starting 2 open
offices, I would expect that to work...
