I am running Xvnc from xdm and am running into some sort of syncronization
problem when the user logs out and and XDM retakes the X server.
Everything works fine the first time, but then after the user terminates
their X session and XDM puts up its login screen, the VNC session becomes
VERY slow as if it was buffering data flows.
The work around is to kill the VNC client and restart it. This usually
fixes the problem.
Also I was viewing the session with a -shared -viewonly Linux viewer at the
same time and it terminated with this message:
ReadFromRFBServer: rdr::EndOfStream
Using RealVNC 3.3.6 for Linux (same problem occurs with Win2000 Client)
Linux is RedHat 7.2
XDM 'Xservers' config file looks like:
:0 local /usr/X11R6/bin/X
:2 local /usr/bin/Xvnc :2
