HELP! A group of over 50 year old women needs help! PLEASE AND THANKS.

Hello to anyone out there!!!! We are trying to use this program (VNC)to exchange help to each other in the Administrative area and to use it virtually. We are not computer literate.

Which is the best way to go about it? Who should be host? How about privicy?

In my case I would love to send research to others and would like to enter their computer and work on it together and simultaneously while we talk on the phone for the non long distance collegues; for the long distance collegues we would like to work together and simultaneously on the same project by typing directly on the screen with each other.

I am trying to understand but it is a very tech-eeek type of lingo.

Does anyone have a few moments to help me and the other grey damsels in distress? We really apprectiate this.
