Heya. On my WinNT box, setting the the registry called
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\PortNumber" to decimal
"1547" gets the VNC server to listen to that port.
To get a VNC viewer to connect to that server, you will
need to tell it the right display number:
Display Number = [desired port number] - 5900 + 65536 (maybe)
I say "maybe" there, because depending on the Viewer you're
using, you might need to add the 65536 offset, or might not. For
Windows versions of viewers, I've found not adding it is more
universally supported (so for you, it'd be display number "-4353").
