Tracing the connections to VNC server

hi..
does VNC maintains a list of IP addresses from which it was accessed remotely???

I am facing problem with a troublesome user who accesses the VNC server and he is not supposed to do that. I am unable to find or trace him out. How can i find out who has accessed the VNC server. Can i get the IP addresses of all the machines which has taken remote control of the VNC server???

Please help me
