After updating registry with:
HKCU\Software\ORL\VNCHooks\Application_Prefs\logon.scr
use_Deferral         0
use_GetUpdateRect    0
use_KeyPress         0
use_LButtonUp        1
use_MButtonUp        0
use_RBUTTONUp        0
use_Timer            0
I can reboot remotely, and login remotely.

Have I found a bug ?
