VNC doesn't do this.  Unless you were using some sort of emulator (for
example VMWare) you can't have two Operating Systems running at once (on
consumer hardware, anyway).  Since you can't have the second OS running, you
can't have VNC give you a desktop for it.

If you are looking for a way to transfer files from one OS to the other
(which VNC doesn't do anyway), you need to read up on FreeBSD because it
should be able to mount the Windows partition and read it.
