VNC on Orange / Microsoft SPV Smartphone 2002

Hi there,
 
Does anybody know if there is a binary version on VNC that will run on
Windows CE using the ARM processors for the new range of smartphones that
are starting to appear on the market?  I have tried compiling the source
using MS eMbeded Visual Tools, but to be honest I don't really know that
much about C.
