This is most likely because the app is sending the data directly to the video card and not using the Windows calls that VNC uses to grab info. > My second app was OpenOffice.org. Have you tried messing with the update options on the WinVNC server? Also, are you by chance running something like NVidia's Nview that might be causing some of this to be handled directly by the video card (see above).
