I know the reghack works for Win2k, but if you're using a different system, it may not
work on other versions of Windows. You will either have to modify the source code
or else use a file resource editor to edit the icons integrated with the WinVNC.exe
program file and change them to all grey or change them so that there is no difference
between a logged in icon and the icon when no one is logged in.

Subject: How do you make this invisible

Hello all - I have been researching the archives for my question and have
found many people asking the same question but nobody really getting clear
cut answers -- Is there a way to vnc invisible?? I have removed the icon
from my system tray using regedit - but as soon as I connect to my server -
the icon or another icon reappears?? I welcome any ideas or discussion on
this
thanks for your time
