I am attempting to use VNC to connect to a remote user PC that has a remote Metaframe session running to assist in a support role for the users.
The problem is that the VNC session I am running does not detect when the remote PC screen is updated because it is running a remote session on the Metaframe. Has anyone else tried to use VNC like this? I find the Shadowing capabilities on the Citrix/Metaframe to be clunkier than the VNC session and would like to make VNC work if possible.
