No. Squid is for HTTP(S), gopher and FTP connections only.

If I were you, I'd not do this before "feel" changes to "know". There is
probably a reason for the firewall, and allowing something to pass
through it would seriously undermine the purpose of the firewall.

A VPN or SSH tunneling are the only secure options here, I'm afraid.
