Could we have a little more information?
What kind of operating systems are involved?
Are the machines on a LAN or connection going through
a firewall, etc.?
The second person connects, and kicks the first person off. Granted, that's not exactly what he says, but his English is not so hot, and I think it may well be what he /meant/.
