Just run the winvnc service on different "displays numbers".  The default is
equivalent to a display number of 0.

If you run winvc on display 1, then it listens on 5801 and 5901.  The ports
each machine listens on are 5800+display and 5900+display.

Then, forward those ports to the machines you want to control.

Although, at this point, you'll be hitting enough complexity that you should
consider getting a VPN hooked up.
