Im planning to use RealVNC to manage (Windows 98) Workstations on our
network. Currently this works correctly, but users are scared by the
sudden moving of the mouse. Is there a way to setup a blank screen (maybe
with a text) on the server, when the system is remotely controlled?

I only use Windows systems with RealVNC. I have the source code of RealVNC
but I cant find a sollution at the moment. Can anyone help me?
Nope, teach your users to not be such babies. It's actually fairly interesting to watch someone remotely control a PC; you get to see their technique.
