You can of cource force the vnc-viewer to do that. Unix: See `Xvnc -help`
for options, you can give those options to `vncserver` or edit them into
this script.

For the unix-based servers: Yes: See the .../vnc/classes/. directory. It has
a lot of *.vnc files which are html files that are extended by the
webserver. By default index.vnc is send. If you edit that following the
other files as an example, you can force  a lot by forcing options to the
java viewer.

Now, you only need to find the proper option to the java viewer. I don't
know that one by head.

For the M$windows based sever, I don't know, it might need a rebuild or
such. Alternatively you can use the unix route by disabling the winvnc
webserver and start your own providing the unix files. This gives you also
the option to kill the webserver without killing the vncserver.
