using browser to connect to self

[Gazou TheGreat]

I can't seem to connect to myself in browser (both real and tight[with loop enabled])but i can connect to myself with client.

i tried to connect to my server and port but IE always bring me to a error page
i typed in browser gazou.no-ip.org:5800
the redirection service i use always worked fine throught for my web, email and ftp server.
somebody have a clue ?
