Hello, 

I want to implement RealVNC on a Help Desk so that my techs can access the
PC's of remote users to troubleshoot.  However, I don't want the users to
have the ability to access other PC's.  Is it possible to 'turn off' their
access; that is, keep their server functionality while disabling their
viewer functionality?

Also, can I run VNC through an SSL tunnel, and if so, where would I find
resources on this subject?
