tab problems in windows nt 4

I'm using an ancient version of paradox (well, I'm not actually the person 
using it) and Windows NT 4.0 with VNC 3.3.4 (going to upgrade to 3.3.6 
tomorrow but I doubt it will fix the problem).  When trying to TAB in this 
app, the tabs go BACKWARDS.  It doesn't happen with the same app in Windows 
95.

Has anyone else noticed a problem like this?  If so, did you find a 
workaround?

I searched the archives but didn't find anything about tabs going backward.  
I might try PC Anywhere later this week but I thought I'd try this list 
first.  I really like the simplicity of VNC.
