We're running Windows 2000 w/SP2.

After the suggestion below that states that debug logs can fulfill this
requirement I entered the following dword values

DebugLevel 0x0000008(8)
DebugMode 0x0000002(2)

to both:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\Default
and
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ORL\WinVNC3

I then stopped the service, rebooted and restarted the service but I cannot
locate the log files. I've checked winnt\system32 and also done an entire
search of local drives for both *.log and winvnc.log with no result.

Also, restricting IP's might be an option in the future but at this point we
still would like to see this information.

Please specify the Operating System you are using. VNC's debug logs do
include this information.

If it is a concern you can restrict access to the VNC server based on IP
address.

I would think it is better to restrict the access so that they won't be able
to connect rather than try to find out what happened after the fact. Who's
to say they can't clean out the logs?
