On Solaris, the lines in inetd.conf are troncated, so my first line is surely cut somewhere inside a word, so it doesn't work. So the second try should have worked ! But I've forgotten to put #!/bin/sh at the begining of vncserver.inetd. Now, it works ! CU . \)|(/ .
