  So the setup is:

  Internet ----- RedHatBox ----- WorkStation.

  Now you want to access WorkStation from Interenet. Then RedHatBox needs to
act as a router. Since the network between RedHatBox and WorkStation is a
private-ip-range, the router needs to do nat too (NetworkAddressTranslation)
since private-IP-ranges don't make it trough any router.

  An alternate is having a look at stuff like vnc-proxy. Put that on RedHatBox
and you should be able to view WorkStation from Internet.
