Hi there... i used to have the same problem.
The solution in my case:
I set up a static IP on each computer, for example 10.0.0.139 to 10.0.0.145
then in each computer a port number
10.0.0.139 = 6001
10.0.0.140 = 6002
10.0.0.145 = 6007

In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ORL\WINVNC
add a DWord value
Name it "PortNumber"
and set it's decimal value to the port number you want

In the router the configuration was something like this:
Protocol: tcp
Internal IP: 10.0.0.139
Internal Port: 6001
External IP: 0.0.0.0
External Port: 6001

I holpe it's useful

Ps: Forgive my poor English
