We have RealVNC 3.3.5 running on a Red Hat 7.3 server. If the user goes to the
on-screen menu bar and logs off the system, he is confronted
with a black screen. He is also unable to log back into the system. Whenever he
invokes the RealVNC client, he does connect to the server, but
does not get a desktop, only the black screen mentioned previously. The only
workaround that we have been able to use is to kill the vncserver
instance associated with the user account, and then restart it. Is there a fix
for this?
