First check out this: http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/sshvnc.html
Although it has a *nix focus, it explains succinctly the theory behind tunneling VNC over SSH, and you do need to understand this to an extent so that you know where to set up the SSH client and SSH server, and how to configure the VNC client and server to interact with the SSH application. The important part is under the subheading 'Basic Use'. Once you've done that, read: http://igloo.its.unimelb.edu.au/Webmail/tips/msg00525.html and follow it very carefully. Without doubt I've found this the best HOWTO to setting up OpenSSH on a Windows host. Note that this method requires you to set up the CYGWIN environment on your VNC server (and perhaps the VNC client too) - CYGWIN is a Linux emulation layer which runs on top of Windows. You don't need to learn Linux to use this method, but you will need to type some Linux commands given in the instructions. If this freaks you out, you should forget about SSH and instead perhaps try ZVNC - ZeBeDee enabled VNC: http://home.attbi.com/~davedyer/znc/zvnc.html Note I have _not_ tried ZVNC, so I make no recommendation about its suitability.
