Dear Subscribers of the VNC-List,
after reading a lot of threads i am not sure how to enable for my situation
VNC to communicate through a HTTP/S - Proxy (and over SSL).
My situation:
VNC - Client (Java-Applet) ------ HTTP/S - Proxy (Squid) ----- VNC - Server
I am not allowed to make configuration-changes on the proxy.
I am able to configure the VNC Client (JavaApplet or VNCViewer) and the VNC
Server.
As i read on the mailing-threads, accessing the VNC - HTTP Server over http/s
on Port 58+DisplayNumber to get the JavaApplet is not the problem.
The problem is that the JavaApplet tries to connects over RFB instead http/s
on port 59xx to the VNC Server.
Can anyone of you please tell me a solution for the obove described problem.
