The SSH server is completely different product (which RealVNC doesn't
distribute).  This is like complaining that Dreamweaver doesn't include
instructions for setting up a web server.

None that I know of.  There are some with other tunneling built in, though
(zvnc comes to mind).

You could, but if you just want SSH for VNC maybe some other secure tunnel
would be more appropriate.  You would have to look at what all you
want/could use SSH for.

Searching Google for "windows ssh server" gives you a number of pages to
check.  A search through the vnc-list archives for the same phrase also
gives a good number of hits.
