Hi: I am a non-techie user, trying to remote access the office NT server using windows 2000. After connecting, the gray VNC Viewer screen appears with the message "Please wait..Initial screen loading' and then nothing happens. My gurus tell me to right click on the icon in the upper left corner and select "refresh" from the toolbar. The next day, they recanted with select "send ctrl+alt+delete", instead. Well, this doesn't solve my problem, either. I am using version 3.3.3R2 viewer and WinVnc 3.3.3R7. Any ideas? I am desperate to fix this so I can work from home! Thanks!!
