I wanted to put in a thanks as well.  I've been using RedHat since 5.2, and
had no clue about the rpm-build feature.  I just figured that the source
rpms were a different way to distribute the source for folks who don't like
tar.  I didn't know that you could create your very own rpm out of them!

Thanks for the lesson!  One thing I love about linux is that I get to
continue learning constantly. :)
