According to the page I found:
"RemEye is an console application that silently installs WinVNC server
with password set to "abcd".
It can be used as an easy to use installer for a really good
administration tool or even better trojan horse."

Which means that RemEye is just the installer.  You have an overactive
scanner that sounds like it will trigger on any VNC install (unless you do
have the password set to "abcd").
