As far as I have been able to conclude the thing is as follows :
- RealVNC is the original thing.
- TightVNC added functionality to RealVNC by modifiyng the source code, especially
regarding compressing data end sending information quicker over your connection. The
latest RealVNC is considered to be faster since a new compression was included.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] took both RealVNC and TightVNC and added a lot of extra's including
file transfer between computers.
I am not sure which versions of RealVNC and TightVNC are used to build for example
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
