Yes, but then I would have to decide if I want to go forward to XP or
backwards to W98SE.
Retreating to W98SE would require reinstalling all of the software.
Retreating from WinXP on the laptop would be a bucket of snakes over drivers
since it was factory installed.

The configuration worked before a mother board upgrade but I think OE6 may
have also installed in the interim.
