My ~/.vnc/xstartup file looks like this:

xsetroot -solid grey
xterm -geometry 80x25+10+10 -ls -title "$VNCDESKTOP Desktop"
&
twm &
----------------
When I replace 'twm &' with 'exec gnome-session &',
I still get the same old grey desktop. The log file reports:
gnome-session: you're already running a session manager
Could you please let me know what exactly I am doing wrong?
