yes, First I found the winvnc.log in C:\  of my
drive.. after playing around with it and starting and
stopping the service a few times it no longer logged
in that file.. I did another search and all of a
sudden the winvnc.log is in my c:\winnt\system32
directory ????
How weird is that ?
oh, and after all this, I can suddenly connect from my
home machine to the server !
I am totally lost now.. ah well, at least it is
working now.......hmmm
