The important thing if you are running Terminal Services is that the service ONLY remotes the console, and is not accessible from any other TS session. So you *must* be logged on to the machine's console to be able to run winvnc -settings, etc.
To configure WinVNC from within a TS session, you can run an application-mode second copy in a session and edit the Default Properties dialog in that. The nrestart the WinVNC service and it will pick up your new settings. Things will be improved in this respect in the next version.
