Thanks.  Adding Start to the command worked just fine.
 Also, you can use Task Scheduler to schedule it at
logon.  Instead of trying to run the batch file you
can actually put the d:\EnrtecDP\ultravnc\vncviewer
-listen -config d:\EnrtecDP\ultravnc\EnrTecDP.vnc line
right where the command goes.  It works well.  
I don't really know a way to log on to a windows 2000
machine remotely.  They do not really allow that
because it would be a security risk.  I may just have
to live with the fact that it won't work unless
students are logged on.  It would be nice if I could
get vncviewer in listen mode with with my paramaters
to run as a screen saver.  That is the only way that I
could think to get it to display before someone logs
on.  Just a thought, and probably impossible to do.
