After a few second receive a message, that is "Failed to connect to server",
just like connecting to a vncserver which is not exist at all. Is it possible that my
dial-up ISP provide a different service than yours? But the dial-up connection really
bands TCP/IP protocol. By the way, the ISP is China Telecom.

When I dialed up I had removed network card from PC2(It's a notepad computer)
