Investigating further into this problem: (I cannot connect to my windows 2003 server but my server can connect to my clients. all using newest vnx beta builds) I went into my event viewer and low and behold:
Event Type: Error Event Source: WinVNC4 Event Category: None Event ID: 1 Date: 8/5/2003 Time: 3:29:09 AM User: N/A Computer: ANIMESERVER Description: SocketManager: unknown network event for listener Everytime I try and make a connection, it gets that. I tried to telnet into the server on port 5800 and it connects, then imediantly disconnects you... the clients will give you some realvnc text and you have to disconnect from them..
