In that case I would suggest upgrading to the VNC 4 beta 3.  The only real
issue with Win2003 is that the default Authorized Hosts doesn't work (see
http://www.realvnc.com/pipermail/vnc-list/2003-August/040567.html).  The
RealVNC folks have a fix for this, but I'm not sure what their release
time-table is like.
