I was thinking it would be cool if the VNC client/server distributed
came with the ability to store Shockwave/Flash files from
sessions, this would be particularly useful in the area of
making tutorials of applications.. Just setup a VNC Server
on the localhost, connect to the server with a VNC client,
then record the actions and images to an SWF file..
Then go into flash and anotate the resulting file as a tutorial.
Just a thought.. The way VNC is currently designed, at least on
the Windows machines, it seems that one can't do this, only on linux,
because the VNC2SWF source is only for linux.. But it could be that
someone has an idea for a file format better than SWF that
can be developed in open source, without having to be
constrained by a non open source animation format.
