Is there a workaround for this issue?

When I have a pc connected to a vpn, I cannot vnc into that pc.
Windows2000 and XP pc's environment.

Here is the problem. I need to connect to a client's office with VPN
connection. I cannot do this from our network because we have NAT
turned on our firewall. So as a workaround, I setup a pc outside our
f/w that can connect to our client's vpn just fine. I want to vnc into
this box so that I can have access to the vpn. But when I connect to the
vpn, a pc can't connect to it using vnc. If I disable the vpn
connection, I can start a vnc session, but as soon as I connect to the
vpn box is disconnects the vnc connection.

Any ideas?
