Hello Christian, everybody,

I used to run a very small desktop (300x200 or so) through VNC whith a
couple of xterm windows, mainly to do system administration and log
viewing after I got to know 'screen'. Screen is a text application which
works very much like VNC, but at the console or inside an xterm... with
the advantage that you can create as many virtual windows as yo like
inside a single screen session. Screen it's a bit hard to learn at the
begining, but it pays off. (man screen :)

Regards and good luck,
Angel
